At Abib, we strive for your skin's complete satisfaction; if our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your Abib account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
